provide accurate booking details (address, date, pickup time, number of passengers);
be present at the pickup location at the agreed time;
ensure appropriate behaviour towards Drivers and third parties;
comply with applicable laws and regulations;
refrain from transporting prohibited or illegal items.
provide the transport service with professional diligence and in compliance with applicable regulations;
arrive at the pickup location on time, or promptly inform the User in case of delay;
maintain the vehicle in a clean, safe and roadworthy condition;
treat Users with courtesy and respect.
User cancellations made less than 12 (twelve) hours before the scheduled pickup time are non‑refundable;
phone numbersf the Driver cancels less than 30 (thirty) minutes before pickup, the User is entitled to a full refund in accordance with the Refund Policy;
if the Driver arrives at the pickup location and the User does not appear (no‑show), the ride is deemed completed for billing purposes and no refund is due.
Driveur is not liable for delays, cancellations or modifications caused by traffic, weather conditions or other external factors beyond its reasonable control;
Driveur is not responsible for items lost or left in the vehicle;
Driveur is not liable for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User;
Driveur is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent Drivers or third‑party service providers, except to the extent mandatory law expressly provides otherwise.
